Money is a very charged topic and the mere mention of it can activate trauma responses within us including a dysregulated nervous system. So many of us are held back in life because we are traumatised by money and have no skills to manage it healthily. Maria and Alice want to give you the essential healing tools to take the pain and panic away from money so you can build a new, healthy and empowered relationship with it. Money is not often viewed through the lens of trauma in the wellness industry and it is definitely not often paired with the skills of an accountant turned money healer (Maria) to create true financial freedom from the inside out. Course Overview:
In this course, we are deep-diving into the details of:
How your nervous system reacts to money and how to start creating regulation and safety around money. Become the master of her nervous system, not the other way around.
We go into how to start discharging the money trauma locked in your body for your whole life which gets triggered every time you deal with money. How to create money sovereignty through healing your trauma.
Once we understand how money is affecting us and how to effectively heal that. We move on to management because no one ever taught us how to manage our money from a healed and healthy perspective that puts our values and health first. In this section, we learn how the badass-healed girl handles her money.
Finally, we go into financial dreaming. As we undergo healing, our ability to embrace abundance grows. Shedding the perception of lack and limitation, we open ourselves to dream bigger, aim higher, and embrace limitless possibilities. It's time to feel safe from the inside out by healing your money trauma and liberating yourself to create the life of your dreams.
